* One thing I have learnt from my experience is that Small business can not rely on 'BRAND' selling, it is an area that should be left to the Corporations. Small Business needs to be focused on Customers- What are their Triggers, What are the Benefits sort/I bring, What are the Features my service delivers to match the Benefits
